n Orchard Park, Robby Dinero, owner of the Athletes Unleashed gym, was arrested for criminal trespass for allegedly trying to attend a school board meeting. He has previously filed lawsuits challenging COVID-19 restrictions. His arrest comes on the heels of a public protest by the Orchard Park Central School District following the owner’s attempt to attend a school board meeting.
Davoris Rashon Polk
State rep. Mike Nearman of Polk County, Georgia, is facing criminal trespass charges after he allowed far-right demonstrators to breach the state capitol earlier this year. The charges against him include first-degree official misconduct and second-degree criminal trespass. Polk is being held without bond. The charges against him could change based on his previous criminal history.
The Benton County Sheriff’s Office recently conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of 5th Street. A dark-colored sedan with a passenger sitting sideways and not wearing a seatbelt was stopped. The driver, 33-year-old Paul Aaron Masiko Bonnen, was a known sex offender and had 4 outstanding warrants from Benton County Circuit Court. He was arrested and booked, but will be released upon posting bond.
